Background
Glenn has spent more than a decade leading product and operations for companies serving millions of customers — most recently as a product and operations leader at Meta, where he worked on systems and teams operating at significant scale.
Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Tophatter, Scopely, and AppRebel — building and operating profitable businesses, leading teams, and shipping the kind of operational discipline that comes from running things, not just advising on them.
Today, Glenn is focused on something he cares about deeply: stepping into a great Southern California service business as a hands-on owner. The goal isn't to build a portfolio. It's to find one company worth committing to — and to spend the next chapter of his career taking care of the team, the customers, and the reputation that came with it.
